Prior to joining Talus, Mr. Finkel, served as a Managing Principal in Westbrook Partners and participated in acquisition, value enhancement and realization activities within the United Kingdom and Europe.

Prior to joining Westbrook, Mr. Finkel was Managing Director of iStar Europe in London and ran iStar Financial’s (NYSE: SFI) European business.

Mr. Finkel spent 3 years as a Director in the Asset Finance Group of Nomura International in London, where he led the origination, structuring and execution of a diverse range of lending and sale-leaseback transactions across Europe.

Prior to joining Nomura, Mr. Finkel worked for Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Funds, both in London and in the United States.

Mr. Finkel holds an AB cum laude from Harvard College.

Prior to joining Talus, Mr. Moix was Founding Partner of Linq Venture, advising financial and public institutions to manage their Real Estate portfolios. Previously, he was Managing Director at Reyal Urbis for 7 years in charge of residential and international business.

Prior to Reyal Urbis, Mr. Moix served as Managing Director at Metrovacesa Catalonia developing residential, office, retail and hotel projects. Before that, he was Managing Director at Layetana (4 years) and Habitat (2 years). Formerly, he worked for AIG and Citibank in New York and Madrid.

Mr. Moix currently serves as Vice President for Real Estate at FC Barcelona's Board of Directors, and is Member of the Urban Land Institute ULI - Barcelona Council.

He holds an MBA from both ESADE (Barcelona) and Thunderbird (Arizona, USA) Business Schools.
